Introducing our first beer: Alto Lindo.
“Alto Lindo,” the name of the house in Argentina we would visit, represents the soul of the brewery and why we started. It’s the type of beer we would love to serve you if you came to our home; it’s the beer we keep going back to pour another of. We think you will too.
Alto Lindo is a rustic style ale that is light yet flavorful. Tart and dry while soft and citrusy.
Alto Lindo gets the benefits of the tart acidity from the lactic acids and a depth, dryness, and lemony aroma from the brettanomyces that welcome you to take a sip.
The label art is the house our family shared many memories, laughs and beer at. Swipe to see some photos of the original place!

The tanks got delivered July 1st and with the help of some friends we got them into the main room where they got installed professionally on July 7th.
